One of 326 students offered the IASc-INSA-NASI Summer Research Fellowship nationally to work with Prof. Debdoot Sheet. Built a system to triage COVID-19 patients using a lobe-wise infection quantification on CT scans. Achieved a 95.5% accuracy in quantifying infection in individual lung lobes.

Deep Learning Based File Encryption Technique

Built a system to encode a file into an image and use DCGAN to hide the image into real-world like generated images. Decryption happens with the dynamic latent space as key.

Cyber Offense Detecting and Reporting Framework

Automated Internet Moderation using a Text Toxicity Prediction (BERT) and an Obscene Image Classification Model (ResNet50) with 88% and 91% accuracy respectively.

Offline Digital Payment System

Conceptualized the usage of Closed Blockchain networks with close proximity communications to enable offline transactions while complying with RBI e-transaction standards (such as 2FA).

Resource and Event Management System (REMS)

An unified system for certificate generation, and distribution, volume mailing, advanced form generation, mailing lists, monitor databases and a link shortener for small organisations or clubs.

Common Disease detection using Neural Networks

Collected and cleaned data of commonly appearing external symptoms of diseases (eye for jaundice and conjunctivitis) and trained a convolutional neural network to classify between these diseases.

Linguistic Sign Language Translator

Used CNN to build a sign language translator to classify signs with over 86% accuracy, while contending the variations among various sign languages and dialects through crowd-sourcing.
